We have successfully completed housing conversion, renovation, and rehabilitation projects in the Bennington area for a variety of residential properties, including single-family housing and apartment complexes.
Property Management
Additionally, we own a property management company, Community Resource Management. Alongside looking after our own properties, we offer comprehensive property management services to private investors too.
Community Resource Management currently oversees 180 units, both residential and commercial, and we have over 9 years of experience in the industry. Our services comprise tenant screening, evaluations, evictions, maintenance, accounting, and marketing.
